Meeting Registration

Please fill out the following form to register for the Lepidopterists' Society 2018 Annual Meeting. Prices in the dropdown are listed in CAN$ or US$ and are processed in PayPal after completion of this form. If you would also like to attend the Third North American Microlepidopterists' Meeting or are not a member of the Society, please check the appropriate box (and consider joining if you are not a member!).

If you would like to attend ONLY the Microlepidopterists' Meeting, please select that option from the dropdown and complete the form. You will not be directed to PayPal as the cost for that one-day meeting on July 10 is free. All persons attending either meeting must register using this form and pay the appropriate amount.
