Call for Papers and Posters

Please fill out the following form if you would like to present a contributed paper or poster at either the Lepidopterists' Society 2018 Annual Meeting or the Third North American Microlepidopterists' Meeting. Please fill out a copy of the form for EACH PRESENTATION that you will be presenting at EACH MEETING.

Please note that the Third North American Microlepidopterists' Meeting will be held one day in advance of the Annual Meeting on July 10. Presentation and poster sessions for the Annual Meeting will be held on July 12, 13, and 14. The deadline for submitting a contributed paper or poster is June 1, 2018.

Abstract (150 words or less) *

For the 2018 Lepidopterists' Society Annual Meeting: Senior authors are limited to one oral presentation (with the exception of invited symposium speakers). Each contributed paper is limited to 15 minutes (12 minutes for the presentation followed by three minutes for questions). Unless prior arrangement is made, all presentations will need to be in Microsoft Powerpoint format. The deadline for contributed papers is June 1, 2018. This completed form (or equivalent) must be received for each contribution by the deadline for inclusion in the program.

For the Microlepidopterists' Meeting: This meeting is more informal and less structured than the Annual Meeting. In general, senior authors are limited to one oral presentation (with the exception of invited speakers). Presentation time and schedule may vary; more details will be announced closer to the meeting. Unless prior arrangement is made, all presentations will need to be in Microsoft Powerpoint format. The deadline for contributed papers is June 1, 2018. This completed form (or equivalent) must be received for each contribution by the deadline for inclusion in the program.
